Refund policy

-Refunds :

-Refunds are only on doors.

-Exceptions / non-returnable items:

-Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods tights,handcuffs,head bands or any add-on item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns gift cards.

-Exchanges :

You can exchange the size and color from the same model not any other models and if the size/color is available , if it’s not you can return it with the courier and reorder it when it's back instock.
