Refunds

You can refund your order with the courier on door paying the shipping fees only.

 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (tights,handcuffs,head bands )

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

You can exchange the size and color from the same model not any other models and if the size/color is available , if it’s not you can return it and reorder it when it back instock.
